Patricia Calandra will be leading an informative educational webinar on multiple topics set to assist families in preparing their loved one to move out and live independently. Topics will cover skill building in preparation of a move, areas to address in a life plan and budget for financial stability, and advocacy efforts for additional housing funds. Patricia is the Master Housing Navigator for Region 5 on Long Island and a Start Up and Support Broker for SD Services.
