What is Club AC

Club AC is our inclusive social and  educational program. We offer monthly events, resources, and a variety  of opportunities to connect and make new friends. Club AC is open to  everyone, and we encourage all of our neighbors and friends to join!

What are some of Club AC's past events?

We're always seeking fun new social events and welcome member suggestions. Past events include Dave & Busters, our Annual BBQ, Holiday Party, Hay Ride, Paint Night, Belmont Races, Fishing Trip, and Adventureland.

Our educational programs have covered topics like Hidden Dangers Training, Vocational Skills, Smart Home Tech, Guardianship & ABLE Accounts, Housing for Self-Directed Individuals, and Financial Planning.

What is the required age to join Club AC?

To become a member of Club AC, you must be 21-35 years of age. 

Has Autism Communities considered a Junior Club AC?

Yes, we have heard from many parents and  caregivers interested in joining Club AC, however, the individual does  not meet the current age requirement. We understand the need and are  looking to address it in the future. If you are interested in helping,  please contact us.

Where do the events take place?

The majority of our events take place in Suffolk County, NY.

What is the cost to become a Club AC member?

Individual membership - $250 annually
As a Club AC individual member, you are eligible for FREE admission to social and educational programs for you and ONE guest.
